The island

One island, six rounds

Mallorca looks small on a map and behaves like somewhere much bigger. Palma to Cala Ratjada is well over an hour on a good day; the road into the Soller valley climbs through a mountain range. So rather than promising the same thirty minutes everywhere, we run the island as six regions with a rider working each of them.

In the dense parts — Palma, Playa de Palma, the Calvia coast — someone is usually already nearby, and a wait of half an hour is normal. In the north around Alcudia and Pollensa, on the east coast from Manacor out to Cala Millor, and down in the southeast around Santanyi and Cala d'Or, it works better to agree a window a few hours ahead. The Tramuntana run to Soller and Port de Soller is scheduled outright.

Everything else stays the same wherever you are: you message, you get an honest answer, you meet outside for half a minute. We do not ask for your room number, we do not come to a reception desk, and if we cannot reach you in a sensible time we will tell you instead of leaving you waiting.
